Default Support Patch

I recently saw a guy wearing American Legion Riders patches, complete with the post name and number, on his vest ... but that's not the interesting part. What caught my eye was the Red and White support patch that was also on it. Is this kosher? Couldn't this destroy that post's, and possibly every local post's, neutrality and invite problems with rival MCs? Just wondering...

That is just a little freedom of speech, That individual is expressing his or her support for whatever club, there is not association between American Legion Riders and any 1% club.
I totally support certain clubs but wearing a support patch is sometimes asking for trouble.

guy around my parts was killed for wearing a support t-shirt. refused to take it off while entering a rival club's hangout. I would be hesitant to wear a support patch or shirt. Riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough on it's own.

It's different for different area's. For what it's worth my philosophy has always been...Ya wear a patch, ya takes yer chances.

That's between the guy and his club. As an outsider, I wouldn't concern myself with it.

That was a pretty stupid thing to do.
