Like "Sucker Punch Sally", but my 1st choice would be Exile Cycles, not a big chrome fan.

Ron Simms in Hayward Ca. is one of the best one-off builders I know.

Arlen Ness od Dublin Ca. just because of his innovations.

Besides, in my mind any bike that's been modified qualifies as a "custom".
