Harley "CLONES" ?

Then I have to shut my bike off because it is too loud and they can't hear "The Hills" on TV......

Yeah....Ok....I'm whipped...
As long as a person stays out of my business I could give a damn about what they do, how they dress, what they ride, or anything else, as it just isn't my business..
I've owned and ridden nothing but Harley's since the early 1970's, but who cares if someone else prefers a different brand. Far as I'm concerned as long as someone is out there on 2-wheels doing what they enjoy it doesn't matter what they are riding..
Nothing personal towards anyone, but I sometime get the impression that some think they deserve 'respect' or a special 'status' in the motorcycle community just because of the make of bike they are riding.
Just my opinion but to me 'respect' isn't given to any rider just because they ride a Harley, it's something earned over time by a rider, and it has nothing to do with the type of bike they ride....

yes he owns a Harley... yes I own a Harley..... but that doesn't make us "bros" many of the people who I call "bro" never rode a motorcycle in their life....but they became my "bro" the hard way...... they EARNED it...
Bias !!!! You know, if it wasn't for you're really cool avatar. I would of noticed what you wrote , lol
Did the name "Harley Davidson" or "Honda" have anything to do with that purchase? That Harley Davidson is as American as apple pie? That Harley's, within the motorcycle industry, are highly respected and those that drive Harley's receive a little more respect (my perception) from fellow bikers and the general public? That Harley's have a sound and look that is often imitated but never duplicated? etc...
I purchased my Harley because that is what I wanted and could afford it. That being said, I have no ill will toward those that wish to own a metric. They have their reasons and I have mine. I wanted the best (IMO) and that's what I could afford. Am I biased? Damn right I am. Would your better half rather have a cubic zirconium or a diamond? Would you rather have a Toyota Prius or a Corvette (assuming you can afford it and your not a tree hugger
) With that being said, we have the freedom to choose and I respect and wave to anybody on two wheels. Well, I should correct myself. I don't have any respect for those dolts I see (mainly kids) on metrics weaving in and out of traffic not thinking twice about the ramifications of their idiocy. Sorry for the little ramble. Miserable day outside so the xanax and vicodin have me a little too relaxed now.
