Almost every time I have come close to being run into by a cager it has been a white person on a cell phone between the ages of 30 and 50.
(Can't be sure on the ages, I didn't pull them over and ask to see their drivers licenses. I sure would of liked to have though.....then cut their drivers license up infront of them.

People talking on their cell phones while driving are the worst drivers, no matter where they came from or how old they are.
I don't think I've ever had a teenager "almost hit me" or even cause an issue. Usually I find the younger people want to "check out" my bike, so they are paying more attention.
Older people... well that's a given. Most of them are not excellent drivers.
Women.... sorry girls, but I've had the most trouble with female cagers. They are usually too busy to pay attention to their surrounds, which includes those of us on bikes.
Asian fall into these catagories as well as blacks, whites, hispanic and every other nationality I can think of.
