I'm looking into placing an order through Surdyke.com. for the first time. I was just wondering if anybody has ordered through them? If so, how is there service? Thanks in advance.

The problem with Surdyke is that if you order from their web site it does not tell you if they have the item in stock, no problem ordering from them, but you should call or email to see if they have it.
I use Hales H-D Mansfield Ohio, they discount everything, super fast, extremely reasonable shipping (I live in Florida). No web ordering, just call 419-522-8602, press #2 for sales and talk to Brian. Lee Hale runs a super organization. HD Stuff at discounted Prices!
Brian is great to work with but so are others at Hale's. I ordered and then kept calling again to add to my order. Did this several times. Incredibly, everything ordered after multiple additional orders arrived as if I did it correctly the first time. Check their prices against others. They are discounted a great deal compared to other Harley places.
Ordered many things online and as stated biggest problem is sometimes you have to wait a bit because the things aren't in stock. Best to call if time is a factor.
Haven't heard of any problems with surdykes, hales, or zanottis who I currently deal with. I had an issue with chicagoharley where they pissed me off and didn't make it right. So now I do business elsewhere.
I'd order from Zanotti well before I do Surdyke. Zanotti is usually a little more than 20%, and they're faster. Everytime I ordered from Surdyke, the item takes forever to receive the item, sometimes almost a month, never less than 2 1/2 weeks.
Not sure if you from the St. Louis area but the guys at Surdyke/ gateway are tops. they are a bit pricey but they will deal. Always had good luck. Good luck with your deal. Ride safe.
I've ordered from them several times; each time the parts were in stock and I received them in just over a week. Pretty good service and decent discounts if you ask me.
