Default primary

I was sorting through some old pictures and found these.
Back in 2005, time to install new chrome inner and outer chrome primary

dry fit the parts, I hand tapped each and every threaded hole to assure that everything will seal, I don't want any leaks, amazingly just about all the threaded holes were not tthreaded deep enough

I'm not a Harley mechanic by trade, but since I own the bike I'm going to do the work.

had to purchase the sockets for those large nuts, also had to purchase snap ring plyers

wife asked if I knew what I was doing. . . my response was - Nope

I'm in too deep now to turn back

interesting. my brand new Harley

ehh phoooeeey, lets get that shiney chrome on here

ahhh Yess, real chrome primary, ain't no stink'in chrome cover crap

coming back together nicely

old ugly grey painted stuff, well it wasn't old, it was a new bike

almost ready for primary lube

Oh Yes, chrome

I used the old drain plug o-ring and got leak, Use New O-Ring to prevent this leakage

naw, my passenger uses those rear pegs on occassion. I know they don't match the rest of the HD Aleron pegs. . . .I used to think that they weren't noticeable.
I want to get some chrome inverted forks street slammer bars and a different head light.
