After reading the original post and some of the replies maybe I will take the seminar on the generation gaps in the workplace and their respective values in life. I also thought it was well written and quite possibly intended to ruffle feathers.

I like the Highwayman. He was just typing his thoughts and he typed them well. Key word there is "his" thoughts. Can't knock a man for that. That was pretty good. Anything that gets Internet bad boys manginas to pucker up is worth reading. Highwayman appears to have graduated from the 6th grade with Jethro or knows how to use spellcheck.
