ok i found what you were talking about. i'll edit it. don't know how that got there. sorry .
I am doing the same job right now (sleeving). I bought a sample because I am thinking of carrying it on my web site. I will finish it up tonight. I will let you know how it goes. Do not use the clear heat shrink tubing that they give you to terminate the ends, as it will yellow quickle. I am using black epoxe shrink wrap. You do have to burn the ends as you cut them. I am buying a hot knife to handle the job. Give you a shout back in a few hours and maybe shoot you a photo if you like.
i buy all mine from here! it rocks!!! I have also used thier chrome XC wrap! just amazing!!! using it on a cafe build i am doing now... i can post pics later if you would like to see it PM me http://cableorganizer.com/side-entry-sleeving/
As Streets of Fire said; you can by anything on the site I gave by the foot. I purchased several different types in various lengths from one to six feet. Great people to deal with, fast shipping.
