Default Setting off car alarms

Do you guys set car alarms off very often? I have the quiet baffles in my V&H BSS & thankfully they aint too quiet. I don't know if it's the volume or tone, but I have set off a few alarms while riding by. This summer there was a car parked in the same spot on the same street that I went down going back to work after lunch everyday. It got to be a game with me after awhile. I would give the throttle a little blip just as I was going by. I could set it off probably 4 days out of 5. My wife says little things amuse little minds. I tell her in this economy you have to get your cheap pleasures where you can.

I've had some car alarms chirp when going by on my old bike if I was on the throttle.

Yes. I'm running Bub's Jug Huggers with no baffles and have already set off a few car alarms. I'm sure it's juvenile and irresponsible of me but I still can't help grinning from ear to ear each time it happens. Sue me.

It's hilarious on group rides when everyone cranks up thier bikes at the same time in a parking lot and sets off a bunch of car alarms.

Couple cars on my street I set off all the time and I'm running stock pipes. Not even trying to set em off most of the time. Theyre gonna hate me when I go to the V&H.

Yeah, happens all the time...nothing intentional, and my pipes aren't THAT loud...but I get a grin on my face when it happens...a man's got to have a little fun...

The Softail always sets 'em off. Short 2-1/4" straight drags can be pretty thumpy.

I have been known to purposely turn into a parking garage and ride through every level without stopping, then exit and continue on my merry way. You can get some serious reverb in a confined space, and the whole building sounds like a symphony of car alarms as you leave. The only thing more fun is catching someone walking in a tunnel.

Immature? You bet. BWAAAHAHAHAHAHA!
