I disagree....NOW is the very best time to open a new business because you can get bargain rates on everything. If you look back Henry Ford re-tooled all of his manufacturing plants during the flat economic period after the depression. This was the largest percentage capital investment program Ford Motor Company ever made. All while the economy was in the tank...and when business came back...Ford took a huge market share increase...

I think this is the perfect time to invest in business...if you hadn't "invested" it away that is.

Real estate is cheap and plentiful...perfect for the wise purchaser...not to mention contractors starving for business..
