I got 1500 off on my 09 & 20% off added on accessories plus a discount on the labor for installation. Nothing else added not even a prep charge. The second & third dealers in my area offered no sales tax & 1000.00 off. The 4th dealer wanted list plus. Shop around.

No sales tax plus $1000 off. Now that's a good deal. That would amount to about $2400???. You must've bought alot of accessories to pass on that.

No, dealer 2 was paying the sales tax, dealer 3 was giving 1000 off & dealer 4 was MSRP+. Dealer 1 & 2 were about equal with dealer 1, the one I bought from, had better service. Sorry for the confusion.

There are 5 dealers within 45 miles or so in the lower ny/ct area from my house. New Roc HD in New Rochelle advertised the sales tax deal. The other 3 were in Danbury CT, White Plains NY & Congers, NY. I didn't check Maroneys in Newburgh. Since I deal with 2 of them I rather not post which one was the lowest.

And if you still don't believe here is the advertisment for the sales tax & if you can get there tomorrow it's 25% off everything in the store bikes not included.

I called every dealer within 200 miles or so and asked them to give me an out the door price on a bone stock 09 Heritage Classic. I drove to some of the dealers, and Texarkana told me they could not get one. They had 12 FLSTC bikes and all of them had accessories or color options. They would not start up a showroom bike for me. Monroe was the highest at $21300, and Hot Springs was the lowest at $18400. I told them they was going to give me a HD type baseball cap. They also gave me 15% off accessories. A few of the dealers acted like they didn’t care if I bought a bike or not.

Sounds like your efforts paid off. Just one question though. Is your bike house trained?

My 09 Heritage was 20500.00 + tax. That included white walls with the smooth wheel option, Heritage tour pak with detachable rack including mounting hardware, detachable docking hardware & detachable lock, factory security with smart security, passenger floorboards, studded touring passenger pillion, & laydown fender license plate. I believe the bike alone list out at 19990 with the wheel option, security, 2 tone piant, alarm & frieght. The included extras I added listed out at about 2000. Labor for install was included.

I added grips, slip ons, run turn brake module, kury trigger levers & a chrome regulator cover before I pick it up & a few more things when I got it home incl. a Fuelpac, stage 1 filter, some chrome hardware, firehouse customs back rest, studded heat shield (NoMoreMFriedThighs)& a few other goodies.

I'm off to Florida at 6am for a little R&R (golf) so if I'm outta here until next week.

I just got a new add today from a Harley dealer.
Quote' MSRP Pricing 'Out The Door' with Purchase of Any New in Stock Motorcycle. This is for a one day only sale. So I take it that if the bike has a MSRP of $12.999 then that would be the total cost of the bike. If I have this right, I think this is a good price...

The two tone blue was the best looking Heritage I saw. The $18400 almost depleted my bank account. What were the slip ons you mentioned golfblues. Have fun in Florida.
