Paint Code
I have an 08 Anniversary Ultra.......I purchased an Inner fairing and wish to get it painted. I'm told by my Harley Dealer that Harley will NOT realease the Paint code? WTF's up with that....I understand they don't want ppl Cloning Anniversary models but Holly Crap!
Unless I have a paint code I'm reserved to letting the Paint shop Color Match using my Saddle Bag as a reference. I'm sure they can get it close Enuf!!!
Anyway, anyone got the CODE??????

OK, find a PPG paint dealer in your area. Ask them to get the paint code/formula from PPG. They did that for me for my '05 RG. (It took a couple days.) They got the info for me and I bought the paint from them. I repainted a fender and the match was exxcellent.

My husband had his bike repainted by a place called AJ's here in Mesa. His is an 08 anniversary edition, and he had it done black with copper flames. They used the same HD anniversary factory paints.

At least you can get the paint from Harley even if they wont give the paint code. All of us with the 2 tone black / silver 100 anniversary editions are S.O.L. on the sterling silver, Harley will not even sell the paint or the replacement "stripe"
