Mikuni installed, WOW
I installed a Mikuni HSR 42 on my 02 Train yesterday and took it out for a test ride today. Weather was nice at 50 degrees. What a diffenece that carb made. No poping, carb farts, or back fire, theres a noticeable difference off the line and all the way through the power band ,felt great. If your thinking about doing this upgrade by all means do it. You wont be dissapointed.

It was easy to tune and was good out of the box for my bike at least. All I had to do is set the air fuel mixture and adjust the Idle. You can pick one up on ebay for $254 shipped. Or buy used like I did.

well again, this will probably show how little I know about all this... but I have a fuel injected bike so I couldn't use the Mikuni right?
