LoJack has very limited coverage is some states, so check their website before you purchase. I have seen a GPS system that works all over the US but I can't remember the name. Price is about the same for both systems.

so I actually took a look at the stuff u guys advised and it all looks pretty good.
My new question is if I use a chain to lock my bike to a poll, should I still get a disc brake lock?
right now my plan is to get an alarm, a gps tracker, a chain, and a disc lock, and a bike cover... yea, its alot, but I like protecting my ****. It all sounds necessary to me thou.
I believe 18mm is uncropable. It's just too thick to get in the mouth of the bolt cutter. The Almax Immobiliser IV is 19mm. Nothing is going to make it impossible to steal, but some things make it a whole lot easier to steal someone else's bike. They could take an axe and chop the telephone pole it's chained to down, but that might attract a bit of attention the same as firing up an oxy-acetyline torch in the middle of the night near a busy street.
Best security is to dont leave ure scoot and have a .357 handy.. Not sure whats its called in the USA,,, a GPS tracking system that sends a signal as soon as bike is moved without ignition being on.. company here is called Boomerang. I think this is best option..
can put a circuit to charge bike to 50 000volts but then ure going to hear it from a lawyer...
i have the HD pager if alarm goes on and disk lock with visual cord to handlebar. if they really want it.. they will take it.. good insurance also keeps peace of mind..
it is called a lowjack
