Meatballs...
Pckg of ground beef. One large onion, 5 cloves of garlic, oregano, sage, and whatever otherseasings you would like. Salt and pepper. Chop onion and garlic and mix in with hambuger and seasonings to taste. Roll into ***** of a size of your liking. Put in glass cooking pan that has been greased and cook at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Drink about half of the beer out of a 12oz can. Add 3oz of Kahlua to the remaining beer in the can.
Set the chicken on the rack in your smoker with the beer can inside and the neck end pointing up.
Cook at about 250* for 3+ hours or until meat reaches 175*. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Temp should rise another 5*+.
Meat should fall off the bones.

Ground beef,sausage,crackers,season to taste(like meatloaf) roll into *****,fry in electric skillet till brown,add chili sauce(pint jar) and one jar of welch's grape jelly,simmer on low,pour in bowl,serve with toothpicks....may sound funny but it will be the best meatballs you ever had!!
