I don't believe I'd get too worked up 'bout the trademark thingy. IF there was a prob with it, I doubt they would have made the patch for ya. Least ways, the ones that I have dealt with, wouldn't do it if there was a prob with the MoCo mark. And it's not like you are trying to make $$ from it. JMFUO, tho.
