A billet wheel is machined from a solid block of aluminum and is said to stronger than a cast wheel (pored in a sand mold). Your fatboy wheel is a cast polished aluminum. A forged wheel is supposed to be the strongest, but not real sure how that is made, I think they get it super hot and stamp the shape. A chrome wheel is plated and will keep it's shine if you keep it clean and waxed (chrome polish, wipe on wipe off), polished wheels look similar to chrome, but you have to continuously polish (scrubbing with a compound) to keep them nice, if you don't they will corrode and pit, PITA. The only advantage to polished over chrome is that if you get a scatch or chip in the chrome, it will corrode where as polished can be sanded and polished again. I personally would go with chrome because it looks better and fits my lazy *** lifestyle better and the chrome is harder and resists scatches better.
