thanks for the thought and yes, I have and unfortunately am one of those rare few in the world for who cannot do the surgery because the sigmatism is sooo bad that it cannot be corrected. I wish, I wish I could.
I went to my local prescription glasses store and bought a pair of Oakley Bigdogs, or Maddogs (one of those two) and had really dark prescription lenses made while I waited. They are great and block most of the wind. What I wasn't thinking about was - how do I ride with those really cool dark lenses at night? Now I either gotta get new lenses (the kind that lighten up or get dard in the sun) or another pair of glasses for night riding.
Most of the Mall type stores that sell really nice sunglasses will install prescription lenses for you.
