From what I can tell they are probably an obsolete part from the 70's of 80's. There is nothing like them currently on the HD website or in any of the old catalogs that I have access to.

They should fit most any passenger peg Schu but after reading the description wouldn't give 10 cents for them much less 10.00.. plus that for shipping as well ...

If you are talking about this number #8268690. I would bet it is something the seller uses to keep his books. Doesn't resemble an HD number

yeh, I figured that's a bogus number of some sort, not the HD one

They actually look like the underside of something Harley offers - looks like something I've seen recently, but can't remember what style it was. Maybe the Diamond plate pegs?
