In my travels around the country I've seen several shops that sell Harley, Honda, Suk, and others under the same roof. Some carry 3 or 4 brands. It's not really that uncommon.
HD shipped the original manufacturing equipment over to Japan to get Honda started up and even sent people there to teach them how to make bikes...ever seen the Biography on Harley?
If I had a Harley dealer I'd have as many franchises as possible. That's what business is all about. I'm sure I'd be more profitable that way. That said I think we all know the only bike I would ride.
I was out in Dodge City, KS last year...if I recall correctly they also sold Honda and maybe another brand or two. I think they did have HD specific T-shirts for those that might be interested.

I'll second that. I bought my bike from Champion HD, and they also sell Suzuki/Yamaha/Honda/Kawasaki/Polaris and some type of scooters. HD has one whole side of the store, everyone else shares the other side.
