Rick, glad you got the bike you wanted at a decent price In this economy, it just baffles the hell out of me that most of these dealers aren't willing to bargain...get real. The cage dealers are cutting prices big-time to get them off the lot. The market for new bikes right now is pretty soft - Harley dealers should be negotiable.
Me, I don't buy new bikes. I find a nice low-mileage specimen a coupla years old and pay about half of what they want for a new one! And I don't pay the "Harley tax" either
Again thanks for all the comments I talk them down even more. I got the bike for 9k OTD instead of 9700. I feel I did good. As for the other salesman I called him back and said thank you for your time by dealing with you it made me realize how much I saved on my new iron. He just hung up on me LOL.
