Do Oil Temp./level Dipstick Gauges Work?
Also mechanical oil press. on pan and shovel.
IMO, not so much 'important' that it read 'accurately', but that one knows what 'normal' is for your particular scoot. I don't have, nor do I wanna take the time (CRASH !) to 'accurately' read it to the 'inth' degree. I wanna glance at it, and KNOW where 'normal' should be on the face. IF it AIN'T there, where 'normal' s'posed to be, STOP THE MUSIC, 'sheck' it out, somethings amiss.
EDIT: OOPS, forgot part. I wouldn't trust an electronic oil level reading 'anything', EVEN WITH YOUR SCOOT, let alone, mine. Besides, I get too "F"in' lazy to pull a dipstick, wipe it on my sock, if nothing else, and check my own 'earl, One of you kind Cheesehead Neighbors, PLEEZ jus' come and shoot me, OK? Thanx.
