while riding on a country road recently, i saw a buzzard gettin lunch in my lane....he rose to fly and was headed straight down the road, same direction as me....lumberin on at shoulder height...i was doin 60 or so....i punched him....damn near took me down...PLUS, he $hit on me....buzzards must weigh alot cause i thought i'd dislocated my shoulder......i have absolutely no idea why i did that, worse than a damn kid...i wont do it again tho

I got a crow once in the chest, it felt like I had been hit in the chest with a baseball bat. It nearly took me and my wife down. Were only going abot 25-30mph.
did you keep a feather as a trophy?

Dude that'll teach you. I had a turkey fly over me about a week ago and all I could think is, man I hope he does'nt crap. Did'nt consider hitting it. My wife taught me a lesson a few years back. We're on our way to the amusement park and there were seagulls all over the place. Feeling rather childish I purposely hit one with the car. Kids started crying and wifey hit me upside the head with the book she was reading. Must've been a hardcover. Have'nt hit a bird since.

had a fellow rider take a turkey in the chest,totaled his ultra and put him and his g/f in the hospital fractured 4 ribs in two place and punctured his lung,his g/f broke a collar bone,since then I try to avoid any type of fowl,heck 2 days later I came around a curve and a turkey lfew up out of the ditch luckly away from me,gave me a real weird feeling[sm=biker2.gif]
