Tie a string to your back tire and run it through the window tie it too your big toe, load your auto with hollow points and stay prepared for the jerk on the toe. [sm=shootshoot.gif]

Life is a risk...especially on motorcycle.

I doubt the thiefs follow their victims in my area.. They are organized criminals here thus they have sources to get their victims address. (dealers, license office, cops... its a big plot).

I think im gona sleep with the bike for a while... I mean i will sleep with the window open. No air conditionner in the bedroom..

The problem would be the weather, i won't be able to leave the bike outside my house and go to work without it. I have no choice but the use it monday through friday, day, night, rainy day etc...

I guess the bike has to come with me everywhere i go from now on !?! dam...

Like i said, the bike has a $400.00 alarm system... all i need is to verify if they didn't install somekind of remote bypass to shutdown the alarm without my authorization.

But what exactly would you do if you see 4 strong men trying to steal your bike ?

1) grab your gun and dial 911 ?
2) knock them all out with your baseball bat or crow bar and dial 911 ?
3) or just dial 911 ?

Lock it up, put a pager on your alarm (Smart Siren II) put your insurance dude on speed dial and relax. Bottom line, If they want it they will get it.

I don't have a garage either...I park my bike in the living room.
I had a friend that used to park his in the kitchen where the table
usually sits. (He was single) No oil drops on the carpet

Used to giggle about it til I bought a bike.

Might want to invest in lojack?

I live in the city, too. LOs Angeles to be exact. I park in a covered car port. The bike is in the front of the carport, with the car pulled in behind it. They won't let me build a shed for it, or I would. I have a heavy kryptonite lock and a cable lock with a kryptonite attached to the frame, and I also cover it to keep it out of sight. Obviously I have full coverage insurance, but havent had a problem yet. Oh, yeah, did I mention I live on a busy urban street? I was scraed as hell at first to, but I think the motorcycle gods are watching over my bike. I had two other bikes at this same apartment, and never have had a problem. JUst lock it, cover it, and pray to the m/c gods, and go on inside and don't worry. Full coverage insurance is a must though. I've never had full coverage before. You'll be fine. I used to ask people what they thought, and they'd try to scare me, but all is well here. Good luck. Stop sweating.

Hmmn... this is a joke, right?

Otherwise, your level of paranoia might be best served by lining the inside of your hat with tinfoil.

I wouldn't give the bike great odds, living on the street. Can you park it in the stairwell?

Go buy some good insurance and keep the payments up

I wish i had a carport, i don't even have that.

There might be a solution to my problem but its gona cost a few extra grands.. cut a new door in the fence and park the bike in my backyard (which isnt my backyard).

Or maybe ill just deal with it and pray...

BINGO!
I wouldn't even ask, just have a profession fence company come and do it so it will look like it belongs in the fence
