How about some input from the 20% that DRINKS AND RIDES OFTEN. I’m sure that the remaining 80% would like to hear from you.

I have a hard enough time keeping my attention where it should be when I'm sober. If I feel the need to drink, I'll wait until I'm in a safe place to do it.

Hahha..... I would like to hear that too. My post has no political agenda, just a light side to looking this issue. It is much for entertainment purpose. But if we can help those to convert a responsible rider, that will be marvelous.

Guys, let's confess . Can't really enjoy the ride if you are drunk .l

Drunk? No. But certainly have had a couple during a break on a long day. Know your limits.

I went on some local toy run a couple of years ago that ended at Hooters at say 11 in the morning.
You should have seen the pitchers of beer being consumed by just about everybody. There must have been 90 bikers in the ride.
A friend "forced" me to drink a mug. He drank the rest of the pitcher.

Anyway, I'll allow myself one beer and that's it along with a big glass of water. Alcohol makes you too brave.

Back when I was a teenager I rode drunk several times. Lucky to still be alive.

I try to be real, 2 wheels 2 beers. Like Clint Eastwood said " A mans got to know his limitations" Besides there are probably 10,000 biker beer joints in Texas alone, and I know all them people are drinking Diet Pepsi. just say'n

Never with a passenger. Moderate drinking/riding, when bar hopping. Hardly ever on long runs or when riding with my MC.
