I did steal her turkey baster a couple of weeks ago. I just told her that Thanksgiving was a long ways off and I would replace it before she needed it.

Well, I just knew there would be "better" responses to this thread due to the subject...turkey basters and measuring cups are cost prohibitive though so I can understand why some would sneak them out for use on the bike....

read to take a gal, plastic milk jug and cut to fit around the oil filter when replacing it...

Got stuck in a few days of heavy rain, so had to use a trick I remember hearing. Stole a set of her panty hose, hit it with some camp dry and I had a workable rain sock for my exposed air filter. BTW, anyone who says that an open air filter isn't a problem hasn't been in REAL rain storms. I'll give them that it isnt NORMALLY a problem, but out here in NC and VA I've been in a couple that drowned my bike made it stall out.

Make sure your wife buys the stainless steel turkey basters. They hold up better when used with brake fluid

I once stole the girlfriend's douche bag out of her Summer's Eve to fog my cylinders for winter storage.
