Why'd he tell you to get a Softail? They're almost as stiffly-sprung as a Sporty. I'd have advised you to get a bagger for your creaky neck.

Yeah, go for it. Then after ya get it, you could shown be on TV smileing and riding around in circles saying, "I got my new Ultra and it didn't cost ME anything, not one cent, I can't believe it didn't ME cost anything!"

Interesting question.
If a doctor perscribes a more expensive Harley, due to its softer suspension for your health, would the diffence between your original Harley and the new Harley be deductible as medical expenses on one's schedule A tax form?
I think there is some tax law precident with swimming pools.
Can anyone comment?
