The early 90's Ford Taurus SHO used a V6 Hemi made by Yamaha, Australia produced a straight 6 hemi for the Valiant in the early 70's. My guess is that thing us using a Taurus motor. If you look at the heads the the plug (wire) location is hemi.
I used to have a SHO and I don't recall anything about a hemi combustion chamber in it (or head). Maybe so, but I think I would have remembered. I quickly googled it and couldn't find a reference either.
I believe the old Ford 427 had a hemi, but if memory serves me correctly, that was in response to Dodge's.

Take a look at the plug locations on the picture. They don't specifically say it's a hemi design, but the plug location indicates it is. I could be wrong, but I don't believe so. While searching for more info on it I found one for sale.
Looks like a porsche flat 6 from a 911, same fan air cooled setup used with porsche flat 6's on sand rails upgraded from vw 4's. Many porsche flat 6's used hemi combustion chambers over the years.
Looks like a trike built by pheonix trike works. There are some very similar bikes on their website galleries. www.phoenixtrikeworks.com
THIS AD LOOKS LIKE A SCAM, but if it's not, that price would be a steal on custom job like that.

It appears to be a oppesed 6 cylinder such as a corvair, porsche, or subaru engine. All three are not of the Hemi design but if it had a Subaru engine (wierd) someone might mistake the centrally located spark plug for a Hemi.

Surprised they don't include more info about it.
Re'
Good call, I hadn't even thought about those since the ad said hemi.
"NO, there is no such thing as a 6 cyl hemi. Maybe something custom machined or a gimmick of some sort."
"Hemi" merely is a marketing term coined for a Chrysler engine with Hemi-spherical combustion chambers (head). Chrysler marketing was so successful that is has come to imply (incorrectly) that it is something special or unusual. Some people actually believe it!!!Hardly the case!
Hemi-spherical combustion chambers are nothing new at all. They've been used on production automobiles since 1902, and on engines with any virtually any number of cylinders and just about every cylinder array (W, V, H, In-line, Single, Flat, etc...). Even Harley has worked with them and a variety of companies make Hemi heads for our V twins. You could have a Hemi head single cylinder lawn mower or a Hemi head "Flat H" sixteen cylinder formula one engine (used in the 1960's).
Like multiple cams, multiple spark plugs or multiple valves, it's just a way for anyone to get better performance out of an engine.
That being said, the trike looks interesting, and I appreciate the design, etc., but it's not my taste.
I wonder just how long the owner is going to be incarcerated and how long it would be before he paid the new owner a visit to collect "His" trike?
