Default Accident threads

I havent been a part of this site for that long but have been riding for years and have been a member on several other sites. This is the first site I have been on that talks about accidents all the time. I have always been under the impression everyone knows it happens but its not something we talk about or dwell on. I understand if the OP goes down and wants to talk about his/her experience and hopefully help other learn from it but all the links to newspaper articles and tv channel websites is just a bit too much in my opinion....Just thought I would throw it out there and see what the majority thought....

Thanks

It is a little hard to read, but I think people post such things so we can read about what went wrong, and hopefully try to avoid it ourselves. The good thing is, it's pretty easy to tell which ones are about such things, and choose not to read them if we're not into it.

I agree on the not reading...As easy as it is to not open, Its just as easy to know another person or more went down without opening...

Im not complaining I just found it interesting how different this site was to the others I have been a part of

Easier to read about than to recover from. Doesn't bother me either ---If I don't wish to read it I don't.

They do get excessive sometimes. Helps to keep the danger fresh for some though.
