From the first picture it looks like it leaks.

Would these work on a bike? None of the web sites list a motorcycle application.

I have one on my Shovel. I'm sorry, it's been years also, but I remember the place I mail-ordered it from was in Arizona.

I was on the plane to Cali to come work this tennis tournament and as I usually do on the plane I checked out the skymall... I believe this is what you are all talking about....

I thought it looked pretty sweet and would be useful for a bike..,

I agree with the expensive part.... I do basically the same thing, but I just throw on a cheap fram filter until the scavenge oil is out, then I toss it and put my new chrome K&N filter on...

after watching the video on the scavenger I am amazed at the amount of old oil that stays in the engine after an oil change. That gizmo really gets it all out. And looks pretty simple to install and use. It's pricey though...if they'd lower the price about 75 bucks they'll sell a million of them. Like the Walmart people say...."price it at a nickle and you'll sell a million...price it at a dollar and you'll sell a dozen"....or something like that.

PS: Fram sure drain is only $16 buck from Amazon....

I've been using one of these things on my boat for many years. They reduce the mess and make it easy to drain oil from the pan, which is low in the bilge.
