In the south we say Yankees are alot like hemmorhoids, when they come down and go back up, you can tolerate them but when they come down and stay down, they're a pain in the azz. Never understood why they tell us they moved down south to get away from all teh bs where they were from and then try like hell to make their new home exactly like their former home.
As for the speeding stuff in WV, if you know they will get you , why ride over the limit. Legally they don't have to give you any overage, the limit is the limit. I agree , it's pissy to ticket 36 in a 35 but it is exceeding the limit.
