Just plain Stupid to try to charge.

I go through 800+ catalogs a model year all given away for free, they cost us 5.00 each but that's just part of the cost of doing business, some care more about the bottom line then the customer.

And I'll bet if you asked the dealer about sales etc, he would blame the economy.

They (HD) were giving them away at Rapid City during Rally week. If upper management knew about it, they would probably give them a little a--s chewing. How about giving up the name of the dealership so we will all know. Dallas Harley Davidson? Which location in Dallas?
