really thinking about this jacket for all year round comfort. no reviews so i have no idea what to expect, need some help with anyone who has bought from leatherup.com before. is this stuff decent or a piece of crap? half price compared to harley jacket of same type. thanks. it has zip off leather that would be nice in hot weather and a rain liner.
I've bought a ton of stuff from Leatherup. It's tough to beat the quality you get from them for anywhere near their prices. Order one size larger than you normally would, unless you want to layer up under it, then you might want to go 2 sizes up.
I ordered a jacket from them and it was very nice but the sizes are screwy. I ordered a 2x like I normally would wear and it was too small so I sent it back and got a 3x it was still a little small but the arms were way too long. I just said **** it and threw it in the closet since it was only about $69 or whatever. ISince I lost weight I tried it on (now wear an X Large and it fits except for the humongous *** sleeves.
I've bought quite a few things from them and have had a good experience dealing with them. As mentioned the leather tends to be a bit stiff at first but after my wife wore her jacket a bit it softened up. Shipping is pretty fast and I've never had a problem with customer service and I have returned items because they didn't fit or we just didn't like the Item.
