Would also vote for lexol. Very easy to apply. The more you treat the darker the leather will get.

Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to get some of the Doc Bailey's and give that a try. I'll report back and let you all know how it works.

Either take them to a shoe repair shop for a re-dye or you can do it yourself. Clean them well and let them air dry thoroughly. You can get leather dye and shene online from Tandy leather. I recommend Fiebing's USMC black and the shene that Tandy recommends to be used with it. I would also recommend taking them to a shop. Since they are "distressed" the chemicals they use for that process may may it more difficult to re-dye them than the DIY project would allow with a good outcome.

if you wear lighter colored shoes it'll make your bags look darker by comparison... hahahahha
