You should have been on the doorstep, knocking on the door! This is behavior that can't go ignored. The kid needs some serious help, understanding, and probably a good whuppin' to get him on the right track..... He's probably seriously jealous he can't ride cause he's in a chair, or maybe it was a motorcycles fault that he's in a chair. Go to the authorities.

I can't believe how much the world has changed. When I was a kid we had BB gun fights all the time. Go to the kids parents and let them handle it, if they don't then go to the cops. Ther is no reason to get some kid in trouble with the law unless you have to. With all the crap people press charges on today just about every kid I knew would have had their life ruined before it got started. And if you are wearing eye protection you won't lose an eye, if your not you will most likely lose one eventualy any way.

Looks like his "parent" not only won't do anything about it, he's either the cause of the problem or approves of it. Time to call the cops.
