Default Great Dealer Experience

I am never disappointed when dealing with Reggie Pink's (White Plains, New York) service department. David is extremely pleasant, bright and accommodating as he goes out of his way to satisfy customer needs. Anthony is also very accommodating and helpful while also taking care of my repair needs, even when I just drop in with a question or small issue. This is a common theme at this dealership and is a refreshing experience. Thanks David and Anthony for your continuing terrific service.

Couldn't agree more. Their service dept is great. I do some maintenance & customizing myself but leave the bigger repairs to them. Excellent work & great people.

A friend brought his V-Rod there for maintenance in March. They said he needed a battery, and was perplexed as it was running just fine. He said no to the battery, and the bike is still running without a single issue.

On a Saturday in May, I was on my way home to CT from NJ when I caught a nail. My daughter's wedding rehearsal was in just a few hours so I was really pressed for time. I pulled into Reggie Pink's service dept and explained my situation. They immediately put my bike on a lift and had me back on the road with a new tire. I was very impressed with the whole place. The facility was all around first class, the people were very friendly, and their service dept got me out of a real jam in record time. I also had a great dealer experience there and will definitely stop in again the next time I'm passing through.

1st post... You guys didn't catch that? No questions, no greeting, just outright advertisement. I don't think I've ever gone into any forum without at least introducing myself. Usually I lurk around getting the feel of the place first, then at least say "Hi, I'm new here, but I've got something I'd like to share..."
