Kinda romantic...like an old western, but there will always be those that'll take the place of those that have passed. Every generation thinks they have a stranglehold on rebellion and living free and every older generation thinks the youth are a bunch rude ********...WWII generation, Vietnam generation etc...

It's not a dying breed, just a evolution. It'll be a long time before bikers die out.

Wow... another dumb whine about "the good old days".

Old bikers were once new bikers. They, and their clothes are worn because of time. They started out young and new. In 20, 30 or 40 years, the new bikers will be old bikers... and they'll whine about the new bikers.

That one was in an old Easyrider. I think late 70's or early 80's. Damn I've been doing this a long time!

Sorry to say you will never know how American and Canadian roads and times have changed over the last 50 years.

You're right. I can only remember about 40 years or so.

I haven't been to Canada since the late 80's, but, I can assure you, almost all the roads we had in the US 50 years ago, we still have today. Most of the major changes happen in and around the bigger cities. Once you get out in the boonies, other than the combines being controlled by GPS, not much has changed.
