Are you more likely to pass other drivers or be passed by other drivers?

I am rarely passed by other drivers. I don't believe that I drive irresponsibly, I tend to drive about 9 miles over the speed limit whereas most other are only 5 over. There is occasionally the idiot doing 100+ that blows by me like I’m standing still, but the majority of the time, I’m doing the passing.

What about you?
hmm. the sig says it all.

I try to pass any vehicle I can't easily see over or around....so all pickups, SUV's, Semi's etc. A regular passenger car is fine, since it doesn't obstruct my view of the upcoming road as much.

Good rule of thumb.. I also like to see the road ahead.

I have a speed I run at. It varies according to weather, time of day, road conditions, traffic, what bike I'm on, and how I feel.

Some days you get passed, some days you pass others.

Any cager who shows tendencies toward terminally stupid will get passed.

I normally pass others.
I'd rather put some distance between me and cagers than be stuck behind them and their goofy antics.

I only pass when I get stuck behind a real slug. These days I am in no hurry. Tend to do stuipid things when in a rush. Nobody ever died from being late. (unless you're pulling a rip cord or something)

The speed limit here is 65mph.When I commute to work (30 miles)I normally travel at 70/75.
I pass some drivers at that speed but the majority travel even faster (80/90).Sometimes bikes blow by me like there saying catch me if you can,but I really dont feel like dying right now or getting a ticket.

I normally sit in the fast lane and do 80 on the highway, I seldom get passed. I like the fast lane because it's smoother and i don't normally have anyone in front of me blocking my view of the road. I will speed up to pass right or left lane so i can keep that open view. Lots of retreads on the highway as it warms up this time of year, not to mention road kill. I tried slower, 75, but you can't do that in the fast lane and folks, including trucks are always passing and cutting in front of you and your back to not being able to see ahead.
Works best for me.

I pass `em! I'd rather be between clusters of traffic than in them. I'd also rather ride at my own pace than someone else's. Bike or truck, it's pretty much the same.

depends on traffic , road, conditions etc. I usually let the leadfoot types go by. Tailgaters really annoy me I'll do whatever it takes to get away from them. Another thing that bugs me is when I am cruizing a lil above the speed limit on rural highways and folks come up beside you in the other lane and sit there right behind ya. Guessing so they can duck in behind you if they see the law. Speeding up usually doesnt work with those types so I'll slow down and do the dirty look thing when they go by.
