I was wondering the same thing! My wife and I took a little weekend ride from Conroe (just north of Houston) to Marble Falls (about an hour west of Austin). EVERY weather forecast said "partly cloudy" and temps in the 70's. Well, the ride home Sunday, about 175 miles, included 160 miles of rain!! And temps in the low 60's. I'm going to break down and buy rain gear; it sure woulda been nice Sunday!

I don't think the sun has shined in Oklahoma in two-weeks. I did dodge the rain long enough to ride to work and back yesterday.

In New England, April lasted into mid-August and I hear there's snow today in northern VT, NH and ME. Time to break out the snow mobile? I've still got some riding I NEED to do!

It's been the same here in Central Texas. I noticed the sun is finally trying to peek thru the clouds. This sucks.

We got it here too. Last month Sept. we had enough rain to be the second wettest Sept. since they started keeping records over 100 years ago. Not much has changed for Oct. either.

In MD we get about 4-5 days of spring/fall and it seems already over, only summer and winter here.

Same thing up here in Michigan, not much of a summer. So far Oct has been Nov, if it keep's up like this, we will be in Dec in about 2 weeks.

Now you know damn good and well we had about 14 minutes of sunshine 7 or 8 days ago. If it ever clears up enough we plan to go to the Lone Grove area: there is a BBQ place around there somewhere that actually uses real wood in an outdoor smoker.

From: 40 miles Northeast of Indy..

same here, we went from summer to early winter no fall this yr..
we rode for the last two yr till Nov.. 55 above we'll go.
this Oct is like Dec weather..
