I'm assuming your FXR has twin turbos and nitrous??? if not you need to share what you're smoking with the rest of us. If you're running 9'S in a 1/4 mile you can hand even a stock Busa it's walking papers. Personally I'm not buying it.
LOL! I don't post much at all on this site so I don't blame you for not buying it. That's actually the best part of this guys experience on the freeway. Someone does something that many think cannot be done. I believe his story is legit and that this guy's bagger did what it did, I just think for whatever reason, the sportbikes did not engage him. It's only a speed contest if both parties are on it. If the sportbikes decided they were hungry for a snack, they would have chewed him up and spit him out.
I've been drag racing since 2001, and as said I still don't mess with sportbikes on the the open road or highway.
This thread is about a freeway encounter between a bagger and sport bikes, not a stoplight drag race-Two completely different animals.

Pretty easy to buy when you watch the video of him doing it. (look a few messages up in this thread)
I keep meaning to asked about the "Pulled" thing. Like someone said earlier in the thread, I was expecting to read a story about a broke down crotch rocket & Zeuss towing it with his Harley.
It must be a Canuk thing, eh?
The only thing I've ever pulled is a groin muscle or something.

Man you need to get to any drag track on a Harley weekend, I think you may be surprised. Running Sport bikes on the 1/4 mile is way different than on the highway as Morris has stated in his post.
Harley will sell you a VRod that will run under 10 seconds out of the box for 31K bucks and the rest is up to you. Tho that bike is not street legal there are quite a few street legal Harley's running in the sub 10 second world.
