Nice looking floor. How fire proof is it? There is always welding plasma and acetylene cutting and grinding going on in my shop. I would be very interested if I knew I was not going to flame it up or melt it everytime a chunk of red hot metal hit the floor.

Has anyone tried the Rustoleum EPOXYShield Garage Floor coating they've been advertising during the NASCAR races?

I did my floor with the rustoleum epoxy sheild about a month ago. so far its holding up great.
i mixed in silica sand so it wouldnt be so slippery, and i left out the gay sprinkles.
one thing though... after your done, every single little flaw in the concrete really shows up.
i spent alot of time , filling in cracks , etc. before i painted it.

Man - Thays great. Where are my 5 bicycles, 1 HD, skateboards, bats & *****, lawnmower, weedwhacker etc. etc.
Thar garage is so clean it makes me nervous - like I've been robbed.
