when riding 2 up at about 60mph, if i rip a fart and my wife can smell it is she lying? or am i a bad ***?

You're a bad ***, but not for the reason you think.
Actually, a low-pressure situation can occur behind a windshield, or in this case, person. The wind is moving faster beside than behind. This can cause the "offending" smell to hang even longer.
I try to fart every time I can while two up.
