Maybe your flying to high!

Had a magpie try to take me out once,broke my new cee bally shield in to 2 pieces.

ya you have a point I live a mile above sea level LOL. you would think they would adjust there flight plan with 800 lbs of hog coming at them doin 85 mph

Back in 1973, I was just outside of Oastend, Belgium headed for the Isle of Mann. I was riding along and a goose flew into me from my left front. It was a mess. I pulled into a Beemer shop and they fixed the bike, with parts from Fred Warr HD out of London, in two days. Hooked up with Fred and we rode on to the Isle for a week of fun.

I took a small one right in the eye about a year ago. Had a half helmet and riding glasses on and was doing about 70 mph. No harm to me but sure woke me up.

Following my son and suddenly it looked like a pillow exploded around his head.. he had hit pigeon.. he had a full face helmet but he ducked and the pigeon hit his forehead.. there was a perfect double wing pattern across the front of his helmet.. no harm done..just more riding memories..

I prefer to be struck by the Red "Kamikazi" Cardinal. The burst of color against my Vivid Black scooter and chrome is unbelievable. The red feathers floating in the air. It reminds me of Autumn.
