Love mine! Rumble at idle and crusing, roar on acceleration! I really like the look, too. Wouldn't have any other pipe on my Heritage.

Cant beat the sound, its just plain dirty......and the performance is definitely there. Make sure you wear long sleeves if you end up wrapping them yourself

Been selling them for years and have never had a dissatisfied customer, performance can't be beat, and the sound is uniqe.
You will love them.

Thanks for all the responses. Shop that's doin my cam tensioner upgrade had a set of wrapped black ones leaning up in a corner and I asked about them. He said I'll sell ya the pipes, throw em on and re-jet your carb for $225.00 and he's including the heat shields in case I decide the wrap is too hot. I said OK.
Just wanted to get a little feedback from those that have them.
I really like my Sampson FishTails but ready for a change.

I was running Thunderheader slip on mufflers on my EGC untill the neighbor complained and said I wake up his sleeping grandaughter. So, I eventually went back to stock to keep the peace in the hood. If I lived in the country, I wouldnt have switched back. It wasnt a problem in Ohio because my neighbors had bikes and the houses werent so close togather like they are here. But the bottom line is that I really liked them. The sound cant be beat.

Iron, that is a great price. The wrap should be as cool as the shields IMO. Well maybe not in AZ. Some days it's probably cooler inside the pipes.

Not even close, the wrap will light you up. If youre at a light and you smell a fire burnin, its prolly your jeans on that wrap.lol

You learn to bow-leg the bike real quick when youre rollin with header wrap.
