Similar question to an earlier post. Every time I try to upload a profile pic in USER CP from My Documents it tells me upload failed. If I try to upload one from photobucket it says not valid. What am I doing wrong?
That was my first suspect but my daughter scaled it down to recommended size on photobucket and that's when we started getting the "not valid image file" message.
