Worked yet another wreck involving a biker last night. Seems its getting more common. Fairly heavy traffic, rider rear-ends a Mustang hard enough to snap the front forks and cave the rear of the car in about a foot. Launches himself at least 20 ft down the road.
Funny how in that kinda traffic one guy, ONE GUY, stops to assist and he didnt even see anything helpful.
No helmet, mighta help, mighta not, but he DID impact his head so it could have helped.
Bike was Honda's 1800 cruiser bike, whatever thats called.
Rider was a memner of Blacksheep MC. From the looks of the contents of his sadllebags, he appeared to be an experienced rider or at least rode quite a bit (raingear, cold weather gear, etc in the bags).
what can we say. I hope he knew Jesus christ before he died. My prayer to his family and friends. Sad to say but i dont think that danger is ever goin to dissapear. ******* drivers. Too many 'bogies' on the road. Be careful my brothers..its when you are not aware that IT happens. Always leave that 'Oh ****" space in front.

+1 Sad may he rest in Peace Prayers for his Family,Friends, and Loved ones.
Here is a question. If we all say "what a moron" every time when we hear about dead biker w/o helmet, will it help bikers to wear a helmet?
I wander how many lives FL helmet law would save.
From description it looks like guy hit a car which was stopped or car was moving but biker's speed was much higher than car's.
