Thanks for all the input....The H-D gloves ive been using for the last 5 years dont seem to be working this year.Figured id get some ideas from others.
Have Rev'it H2O winter gloves, very warm and 100% waterproof, you can immerse your hand it water for 5min and they stay dry with Gortex lining. Held also makes awesome gloves.
I've been wearing deerskin gauntlets for the last 25 years and they work great until, well, that's different for everyone. The best deal I've seen for them is here. They say they are summer gloves but I find them to be good down to around 45 degrees. Then just my finger tips get cold.
These are better than what I've been wearing though and they have the thinsulate. They must be good to at least 35 degrees.
Now that I think about it. I think I'll pick up a pair of the thinsulate lined deerskin gauntlets. The price is right and even though I live in "warm" country I'd rather have more warmth than not enough.
I bought a pair of no-name "ski-gloves" at WalMart for $10. I've ridden here in Texas in the low 30's, 40 highway miles one-way to work. Haven't had any problems. They are at least semi-waterproof too. I may not look as cool as some of my fellow riders...but only having to spend $10 on the gloves makes up for it.

A little update,i bought the refrigiwear gloves, they are defintley warm but to big and bullky/stiff to ride with. But at 20bux shipping and all i had to try them.
I bought a pair of FirstGear gloves approximately two months ago for cold weather riding. I'm north of NC and I find the gloves to keep my hands warm. I don't know the model name. I think most gloves after a while will start to let the cold in with constant wind chill beating on them, but the FirstGear pair that I have is nice. I recommend the brand.
