Here's a couple honest questions for all the cops, in cop clubs, that wear a three piece patch ....
Why do you want to look like the 1% clubs ? Whats the deal with having the vest that claims territory ... ?
Just wondering ... it never made sense to me ......
What's your recommendation regarding appropriate, traditional motorcycle attire that would indicate law enforcement officers belong to a fraternal organization focused on riding and enjoying motorcycles?

you know what would be crazy? if the CoC filed for trademark / copyright status on the 3 piece patch. They could then literally sue the LEO clubs for wearing it!
This one's gonna devolve into yet another LEO vs 1%er thread, but the clubbers have a legitimate point here
The cops literally mimic the outlaw 3 piece patch, use the "MC" etc...it's a direct affront to those who they turn around and bust the next day!
you can not be both.
Why would cops need to turn around and "bust" them? According to several folks on this board, 1%ers never do anything illegal, they're just misunderstood.

Just curious why some of you think a motorcycle club should be allowed to dictate how others not in their club can dress. And why you think an LE club is copying a present day 1% club when they both seem to be copying the original clubs, each other, and old B movies.
I've said it before and I'll say it again....they can wear whatever the heck they want to wear. This is America. No one "owns" the rights to a 3 piece patch.
