Default problems reaching Superbrace???

At the end of December, I took advantage of Superbrace's Christmas season pricing and ordered a fork brace for my bike. Sent in the C.C. info, got a confirmation email promptly thanking me for my purchase. C.C. was charged, it's all good, right?

Wrong. Today is 15 days since I placed the order and paid for it, and beyond the email I got on Dec. 29th, I have not seen my brace, nor have I had any luck in contacting Superbrace via email.
3 have been sent to them so far, no reply. I'll be phoning them in the morning, though. Has anyone else had problems contacting these folks?
I bought from them because I've heard a lot of good things about their product...I'm starting to wonder if that was a good choice..........

I don't know; nothing irritates me more than a non-responsive vendor. Save your emails and notify your CC company to dispute the charges for non-receipt. Keep us posted.

+1......if you can't reach them by phone and they still haven't responded to your e-mails, contact your credit card company.

Got ahold of them this afternoon by phone. When I explained my frustration, the number of ignored emails, etc...no apologies, no explanation other than "well, we were closed the week between Christmas and New Years".
I understand there are a LOT of businesses that close between holidays. Most of them put up some kind of friggin NOTICE on their website too, especially when they have a Holiday Sale going on!
If it weren't for the fact that their sale price saves me almost $100 on buying it from my local indy guy, I would have cancelled the order. At least now I have a tracking number ( it was actually shipped last night...wonder if they actually GOT my emails??), so I know it's on its way.
That sort of stuff REALLY pisses me off!!!!!

Dragan,

We, at SuperBrace, apologize for any miscommunication that took place over the end of the year facility closure. Considering we've supported hdforums.com since 2005, we do appreciate this forum and its members so please PM or email us again with your info so we can follow up your order.

What is there to complain you got what your paid for. Save $100.00 buying direct and skipping a dealer. So why berate the Super Brace. If you expected immediate service go the the stocking retailer and pay $100.00 more.

Got some cheese to go with that wine??

Hey Super Brace how about posting some videos showing some of the processes it takes to

make a fork brace setups/machining/polishing/coatings ect.

As a long time machinist both old school and cnc I know I'd get a kick out of it and maybe

the others would gain an understanding of just what it takes to get a product out the door.

High Gear,

That's a killer idea! I've forwarded your post to our techs and hopefully we can get something on YouTube soon.

Ride safe,
