Super brace is super slow. The brace I got for my old Sport was super good.
have some patience. it took a long time for me to get my 07 WG superbrace. when i got it the quality was worth the wait. superbrace may be slow but they are a great company that actually cares about quality.
Maybe you should have read my original, and subsequent posts. I did not "berate" them in any way: in my original post I asked a question about whether the timeline was a common one, or whether I had reason for concern. My second post described my conversation, and the lack of any sort of explanation for not responding to repeated emails. I also expressed my personal feeling of irritation.
I didn't "expect" immediate service, and never suggested that in either of my posts. Had it been something that I had to have immediately, I would have gone to my local indy shop and paid the premium.
I got my superbrace 22 days after I placed the order. I am extremely happy with the product. I also ordered another item, from another U.S. manufacturer the same day as I ordered my superbrace and had it in my hands 8 days later...before I made my intial post here. It was a reasonable question to ask; there are a lot of suppliers that take longer to ship orders than others do, and I asked the question to see if anyone else had experienced similar delays...that's it, that's all.
